Upper Level Deck:

With nearly 500 square feet of deck on the main level, you will enjoy an eagle's eye view of Rainy Lake at Bear Pass.  If there is any breeze to be had on a warm summer's day, it will be yours to enjoy as you relax in the treetops of this outdoor oasis.

Lower Level Deck:

800 square feet of deck on this level extends your entertaining space into the great outdoors.  250 of those square feet are an extra-special get-away even in cooler or rainy weather. This outdoor living room is enclosed in a screened porch to keep the bugs at bay, with a roof overhead should the raindrops fall, and an outdoor fireplace in case the evening turns chilly.  Cocktail Hour never looked so good!

Dock System:

 The dock system can handle up to 5 boats, so entertaining your lake friends is never a problem! 
The deck area is built into the rock face, as only a true craftsman can accomplish.  

Large enough to comfortably hold an outdoor dining set when meals "on the water" strike your fancy! 

 No time for a full-fledged day of fishing out on Rainy?  No problem! 
The freshest "catch of the day" is right off the end of this dock.
