Upper Level Bunk & Bonus Rooms

Upper Level Bunk Room:  Another multi-purpose room, this area has been dubbed the "Bunk Room" by some, and coveted as a Craft/Hobby/Sewing Room by others.   The custom-made, built-in drawers and cubbies elicit "oohs and aahs" from everyone who has ever wished for more storage space. (And who among us hasn't?)

The porthole window offers one of the best views up the channel.  

Any daydreamer or journal writer will find easy inspiration in this cozy corner nook.  
At a generous 12 x 30 foot, the project space or sleep over possibilities are endless!

Just outside the door is a 5 x 15 foot balcony area that overlooks the Great Room.
This is another wonderful spot for an intimate seating area, where you can still feel like part of the action. 

Upper Bath:  The "All the storage you could dream of . . . " theme carries on into the 10 x 15 foot, full bath on this level. Custom vanity, cupboards and cubbies make this space user-friendly, and easy to keep clean. 

(A great asset, especially if this becomes the KID'S bathroom!)

Bonus Room:  The bonus room is above the garage . . . for recreation? A game of pool or Foosball, anyone?

This room measures a whopping 12 x 28 feet and could also be used as a bedroom.
