Mechanical Room

This bonus space under the lower level of the house is fully insulated and finished.

It has a ground level, outdoor entry that provides easy access to the house mechanicals AND 
a super opportunity to organize all those toys and accessories that pile up around us, as we pursue fun in the sun and snow.

These outdoor activities require lots of gear, and stowing it here will help keep the garage free for its intended use . . . a warm, dry home for the vehicles!  The decked entry is conveniently located on the same side of the house that leads up to the living area decks, and down to the dock.
